Admission Policy

The Admissions Office operates on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a prompt and personalized review of each application upon receipt. Please note that once a class reaches its maximum capacity, new application requests may no longer be accepted. The following outlines our admissions procedures and related information.

  • Applications are reviewed and processed in the order they are received to ensure fairness.

  • Once a class is full, additional applications are placed on a waiting list.

  • Early submission is strongly encouraged to secure a place for the upcoming academic year.

  • For inquiries or further assistance, parents are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office.

Enrollment is confirmed only after the completion of all required admissions steps and availability of space.

Apply

Pick Up an Application

Once eligibility is confirmed via email, applicants must pick up and submit the form within 3–4 business days at the designated branch. A non-refundable USD 100 application fee (cash) is required upon submission. Within 3–4 business days, applicants will receive an email with details regarding the interview and/or test.

Assessment Evaluation

  • Grades 2–7: English, Arabic, and Mathematics placement tests.
  • Grades 8 and above: Physics and Chemistry placement tests.
  • IB applicants: Interview with the Coordinator for major identification.
  • Results (acceptance/rejection) are shared within 3–4 business days.

Result & Registration

Upon acceptance, register your child within 3–4 business days at our Beirut branch accounting offices:

  • Sign the registration letter.
  • Pay one-time, non-refundable $1000 registration fee.
  • Pay deposit (deductible from first tuition fees):
    • G1–G12: $1000 and 20,000,000 LL
    • KG: $800 and 20,000,000 LL

Account Creation

  • Kindergarten to Grade 5: Each family will be provided with an account under the parent's name.
  • Grade 6 to Grade 12: Students receive their own accounts; parents maintain separate accounts for communication.
